I'm a little disappointed in Ford over it. I think they took a good opportunity and wasted it. They took a Ranger chassis and put an SUV body on it. Wait a second, didn't they do that once before?
Would an F150 based bronco sell better in 2020? I really doubt it.

They should have come up with a mid-sized bronco with coil spring front solid axle as a direct competitor to the Wrangler, along with a serious off-road package like the Rubicon. Sure, most folks don't need all that but Jeep doesn't have any trouble selling Wranglers.

Re: Bronco retro

I wanted to share this here. They could have also included the Land Rover Discovery vs an old 88

I would buy something like this. I will have to disagree on there not being room for a full size Bronco in 2020. Ford sold over 900,000 F150's last year, and 90,000 Expeditions. I'm sure a F series Bronco would bite into those numbers, but I think there's plenty of meat left on the bone.
