Stock rear cab mounts, looking for pics

I've got my cab mocked-up on a new frame, both are original but the rear cab mounts just don't look right. Anybody have a picture on file or care to crawl under there and take one for me? Thanks

Re: Stock rear cab mounts, looking for pics

Just went out and snapped this - my 1953 GMC, looking from the rear (right in front of the passenger side rear tire)

I thought only early AD trucks used the shackle style rear cab mounts, but I must be wrong

Re: Stock rear cab mounts, looking for pics

Thank you very much for the effort MrTucker, I really appreciate it! That's exactly what I needed, mine are in the same position. My memory was tricking me into thinking that the shackles were vertical and directly above the frame. I'm good to go now!
