Depends on what you bolt it to , Bolt it on a fleetside and it's a fleetside bumper ...bolt it to a stepside and it's a stepside bumper ...

Appears to be a stepside bumper.
Outer bolt holes are close to the ends of the bumper. This is a fleetside bumper.

Classic Industries shows two different bumpers as well. Looking at the specs on them stepside is 73ins and fleetside 78ins
