Exclamation Cpp Tube Aframes Upper Dont Buy

the tubuler aframe for 67-72 trucks require that the ball joints be bolted on the bottom side of the aframe. they do not tell you this when you buy them. they will not pay for shipping to return them so stay away from them that is all thank you

Re: Cpp Tube Aframes Upper Dont Buy

have had the same luck with there brake set up,,,bought the rear disk kit, they never mentioned anything about replacing the master cylinder or the combo valve (which has to be done), called back about that, then got it, could have saved me some money on shipping, called there customer service about some braking problems and didnt get a warm and fuzzy about there answers, there stuff is suspose to be lifetime warranty, we will see. I wont buy anything else from them, dont care how much money they save me. The customer reps who answered the phone could act like they appriciate your money......

Holy smokes, they really made you mad. !!!! To tell you the truth, they are not my favorite place either. I ordered a booster/master cylinder/ prop valve combo from them that was suppose to be a bolt on. I had to machine the rod peddle down, and the adapters for the brake lines were the wrong ones. As if that were not bad enough, the lines from the master to the prop valve leaked. Plus for good measure the shipping cost was WAY out of line. They charged me $52 to ship from California to Oregon and tried to tell me that they did not make a thing on shipping. I am done doing business with them as well.

Just curious but what wrong with bolting the joint to the underside? Its not a load bearing joint. I've done it on several tube arms and stock arms.

ever thing will be fine until one or two of the 5/16 bolts break. Then out flys the ball joint .Then what would it be better to have. it The factory way or your way . If they had told me about this i would not have bought them. ART is a better product. the balljoints fit the factory way but just my 2 cents
