700r4 Linkage

What linkage do I use from the frame to the trans on a 700r4?

Re: 700r4 Linkage

If the header/exhaust isn't in the way I prefer the stock style linkage. One only has to relocate the frame side. I have made several work perfectly and only had to relocate one hole, by drilling the frame, and just pivoted on the other.
Works slick.
With headers or exhaust in the way it's a different story. Then the aftermarket linkage works the best.
Cheers

Re: 700r4 Linkage

I’ve used Kugel Komponents aftermarket linkage for a factory column shift. It’s the same design as Lokar but less $$. It’s designed after factory linkage but is adjustable, which is nice if you have an overdrive trans and swap out the shift indicator lens to reflect the overdrive.

This is one vendor but you can probably find it even less.
