Do you want to swap to SRW 19.5s or do a dually conversion with 19.5s? Some chevy P-30s had 19.5s that are a direct bolt on for 2000 and earlier dually 1 ton GM trucks.

My truck is single rear wheel. I do not want to convert it to a dully. I want to change the 16" 8 lug wheels to 19.5 " wheels if possible. I want steel wheels not high dollar custom wheels. thanks

Rickson wheel makes steel and aluminum wheels in 19.5 for dually and SRW.

Here's one a local guy built as a tow rig. Cummins 6bt with super B turbo, Eaton 9 speed trans, Spicer 110 rear, Dana 60 front. Look reallll close at the bump on the hood for the turbo, it's a sheet metal diff cover for a 14 Bolt

Re: 73-91 8-lug 19.5 22.5 24.5 Pics

I have an 80's 6000 and it has 20" wheels on it. But they are the Ring style wheels. Is there any adapter that can adapt any other wheels for that?
Hope I am naming them properly. But they are a ring wheel which fits front or back
Any info would be appreciated

I think a 22.5 aluminum rim would add enough weight as it is to a non-air brake truck. I'd hate to try to stop a steel wheel THAT big with a 1 ton. Besides, these aluminum wheels ARE for a work truck. Millions of Semi's can't be wrong.

Just to bring a dead thread back to life. Can someone please point me in the right direction for a part number on a set of 22.5 Alcoa wheels. I'm going to be fitting them on my 79 C30 and wanted to make sure I get something that fits decently. I'll be using a set of adapters from TW&T.

tw and t could allso do the wheels for you , they milled them down a little to take the 22 inch car tires

Shipping is the problem Trevor an I ran into. It's more cost effective for me to run 22.5's and buy his adapters than to get a set of his wheels. I'd really prefer a set of tow nastys...

Speaking of thread revivals! To answer your two year old question... It was in Street Trucks but about 3 months before I bought it. About 3 months ago I finally ran into the guy who originally built it. Turns out his shop is about two doors down from our hitting coach. Still driving the old dog and enjoying every minute of it!

Re: 73-91 8-lug 19.5 22.5 24.5 Pics

i dealt with trevor and he sucks at shipping or following up on promisses , i booked a ticket from europe to tennesee to pick everything up i ordered and payed for 1 year before i mailed him 2 months in advance of my arival , his busnessadres is a motel restaurant wish happened to have his number though when i was here he came to pick me up and we drove to his garage to pick up my stuff , the dropmemeber i had shipped there had all the boxes opened even though my name was in big letters on the boxes , he failed to deliver the one ton dropped spindles but didnt told me during loading i found out when i was loading and checking the boxes on my list , he would send them within a week ... he didnt and it took a dutch friend in tennessee to convince him to indeed send them to my shipper half a year later , they turned out to be second hand ones they had grinded on them
a steeringrack i ordered while i was there at a shop next to his garage "didnt arive on time" and looked like it was trown of a 4 store building (powersteeringlines where busted )

trevor a couple years back

his shop when i was there
if you have to deal with him pay on arival and check youre stuff in advance
