Re: Al's 71C10 Rebuild

Well the big white truck showed up today (Fedex) with my china made coys that my wife bought me for christmas. We had to mount the front tires because coys could not get them because being on B/O so I had them ship me the two back ones mounted and just rims for the front. I bought the front tires from tire rack and had them in two days. We also had to rebalance the rear as the weights came off during transport. I did not get my lugnuts as they are coming on a different box but being that I have a wheel place down the street they hooked me up with some for the time being till I get the ones from coys. We put them on and I dont know if I am crazy about the look but can't complaint. Let me know what you think.

Re: Al's 71C10 Rebuild

I think they flow well with the look of your truck. I personally love chrome rims, but the black works for your truck!

Love your truck. It would look cool with some black letters for the tailgate.

Nice build great truck. Can you post a picture of your lower radiator hose? I have the same pulley set up, which looks like it caused a clearance issue with the lower hose. Thanks

Re: Al's 71C10 Rebuild

How's it going Big Al..Long time since I checked in on the board. The truck is looking real good. The choice of wheels was excellent. How is the baby. I hope he is in good health. Mine working on 6 months, 18 pounds 12 oz, 27 inches. He can't wait to walk an tear up the house like his brothers. My 72 is on pause for now. My wife got her hours cut back, so I have to be more consertative with the truck money. Priorities man. Take care and good to see your truck is looking sharp. Mister E
