I’m not positive but I think that is 85 and up. My bill’s 84 has a label that shows the jack on the passenger side near the battery.

Yes, correct. My 84 the jack is on the right side too. I got an inner fender from an 85, there wasn't a 2nd hole for a jack. I too measurements from the old inner fender before I took it out, I'll drill the hole and mount my jack on the right side again.
