I believe I have a couple of them for a 4 spd. It will be Friday before I can get you pics of one, but I will fix you up if you are still looking

Here is the adaptor, I was able to get out there before work this morning and get a pic. It will is complete, from a 4 speed, NP 205. 225.00 plus the ride to you.
I hope you have an address in the U.S. to ship to, if not; we will do what we have to .Im worry that shipping a heavy piece like that to Canada will be very expensive.
Just let me know.

I had a PM asking about the red silicone in the adapter. It is bearing grease. when I took it apart, I did not want any critters or rust moving in, so I simply filled it with a big ol juicy glob of grease.
