When did GM switch to the 4 door burb?

yep 73-91 was the first 4 door body style

67-72 was the 3 door

pre 67 were all 2 door

I had heard many years ago that someone did cut out and add the fourth door on the drivers side to a 67-72 Burb.

Know of any good custom body men in SD? Heck, while you're at it, do suicide doors on both and eliminate the side posts. Wouldn't that be cool?
