Discbrake backspacing

I am looking at a set of rear wheels to go on a 9" disc brake rearend. They have 5.5 backspacing I wonder if the disk would fit in side a 15 inch wheel. Anyone with any idea. THANKS

assuming they are used why not jack up the back end and throw em on? if they are new , i dunno then
