Help me identify this bolt size under cowl holding fenders

Hey guys, im needing to re weld a nut on the truck to hold on to the #3 bolt in the diagram. Can anyone tell me what size this is?

I believe that is a 3/8"-16 square nut. similar to THIS probably a grade 5 originally. You could probably use a standard nut in a pinch.
