Which manual am I looking for?

Factory Assembly manual or what. I remember Andy mentioned it in a post a while ago. Gotta start tearing the GMC down and may need help putting it back together.

the assembly manual shows the proper routing of wires hoses etc as well as location of specific hardware, mostly all pictures no real text and no index as to what's on what page,an excellent addition to the throne room

Maybe some factory service and overhaul manuals would help ya out too. Might be hard to find some GMC manuals but the Chevy ones are all over ebay.

I think www.chevyduty.com has manuals. You might check there before relying on eBay.

Assembly manual. Couldn't someone redo this and put some sort of order to it?
It's nice to look at but I can't make heads or tails out of most of it. Let alone find something when I need to
