Re: 1975 datsun 620

That's a pretty neat little truck you have there sir. out of curiosity, do you need any parts for it. There is a guy down here in NW Arkansas with a blue standard cab short and a king kab. I know he only wants $400 for the king cab. Its a nice ole truck that the wife was going to buy me before I found my 69. Anyway, I always liked those old Datsuns and glad to see someone building one. Good luck with it. Chris

Re: 1975 datsun 620

I got me one of those, just a couple years newer. I put a 2.3 turbo in it, but I have all the goodies to put together a 500+ HP 2.5 stroker.... Has T5 in it now, but I have a T56 to go in, narrowed 9",Wilwood brakes all around.
Trucks a blast to drive, just like a go-cart.

Re: 1975 datsun 620

Those 620 Datsuns are great trucks. With the proper maintenance, they'll run forever, and if you do the right mods, you'll get decent power and much better mileage. My son is into the vintage Datsuns, and I've got him looking for a 620 King Cab for me. I'm tall and I like to stretch out when I drive, and the standard cab 620 trucks are a little tight for me.

Original graphics are staying. I did some touch up work on the body. I wanted to keep it looking 40 years old...

You know you're building a little truck when you narrow and tub it for 295/50s and they look huge back there.
