I dunno, really, why- other than "because you can"... which is often enough reason.

When I watched them lay down the squarebody hood to use as a ramp the first thought was "gee that's a nice straight hood, shame they couldn't find one that had gotten bent from people trying to shut it with seized-up hinges".

And RedNeck Engineering at it's best: Bent up the steering linkage? Hell, you ain't gotta leave the Ranch. Jest weld on some stiff fence post. That'll get it.
