Thx Mr Toni - that's a nice one, but not likely a factory two tone combo. I believe the special two-tone scheme was only available with white as the upper/lower colors - UNLESS it has a Special Paint on the SPID, probably born as a medium over dark olive two tone that has had the lower medium olive added or as a special two tone and the white was replaced by the medium olive on both upper and lower ends. Am curious, asked the seller, will see. If a Special Paint truck, that one is a very interesting truck indeed. Thanks for posting - it's definitely a non-white two tone!

That is going to be a tough find being a mid year intro and one year only color combo.
Probably best to look for 501/531 and 508/538 primary color trucks to get a feel for the colors.

Yep, agree it's a hard find - have seen the colors separately, but never on the 70 only 558 or 559 combo. Hopin someone out there might have one.

that's a RARE one - 573 is one year only and in a special two tone paint scheme with no white - unique even among the Custom Two Tones. Great find

I almost bought one like that not too long ago - still kinda wish I had!

A little rough, but a rare as hen's teeth RPO 562 1970-only medium green metallic primary/dark green metallic secondary Custom Two Tone. The fact that it's a CST doesn't hurt. It's for sale on fb for $6500 HERE
Posting pics for posterity - don't see this color combo very often.

That truck had the stainless drop rail moldings also. That’s even more rare

well, disregard... I got so excited about the paint that I didn't even notice the year(!) Ha. It's a repainted 69 that was originally a 536 RPO white/turquoise conventional two tone. Nice combo, but a swing & a miss for this thread...

On a side note (and since it is somewhat related to this thread), there was no mention of stainless drip moldings on the SPID. Also noted it was not originally a big block, which I kinda suspected because it lacked the engine emblems under the CST emblem - SPID showed it was a base small block.

The dealer emblems on the fender make up for what it lacks otherwise.
