i kinda like the look, i would settle for a dummy light i wouldn't use it anyways i just like the look. (there is a 60s model around my town with two dummys on it and it's sharp)

you should take a picture of it i was tinking of getting a dummy but then i figured if im going to do all that work to put it on im going to get a real working one ...,oh should i get a auxillary battery for the spot light so i dont waste my regular battery ????????

I like it.I like them on anything but a custom truck with minimal trim.They're a "truck thing" and I love trucks.I period correct truck accessories bug me like some.I think they set a truck off.Things like auxilary tank doors,cargo hooks,tonneau,cover snaps,step bumpers (including barton-style) are cool to me.

thats a goood one i stared at your truck for a minute or two and was looking for the spotlight then i seeen ti on the hood and not on the pilllar thats kinda cool there is a 68 like that ,... we need int erior p[ics on that and some close up shots

Right on, I love all this stuff too. I understand the newer style covers, but the covers with snaps just seem more right to me.

I have a set of dual spots and a set of NOS cab lights. I was going to stick them on my K20, but this summer I found out all the rust repairs the original owner had done were sub par so Ill probably wait until I find a better cab.

I think the pillar mount looks better but function wise it seems like you get a lot less glare off the windshield with the roof mount. I'm still undecided if I'll keep it when it gets painted down the road.

i was going to do mine all custom but then after seeing all the cool stuff that know one where i lives has done to there 67 or 68 were i live every 67 68 is customized i will have the only one with trim and stock
