One of these was in my truck along with some other misc parts when I bought it. It slides into where ash tray goes but I never used it.

I later mounted it to the front lower seat frame, center, using 2 screws so it was up against the seat. Out of the way and convenient position. I would have not paid this much for one but I suspect similar ones are available cheaper
