Yeah looks like it to me too. Its on this site for sale in California. I emailed the guy he said its in Seattle in a warehouse, where it can be shipped from there. I was curios if it was some one on this forum.

I once bought a car sight unseen , a 62 impala, looked gorgeous in the pictures , when the delivery truck dropped it off, the 3/4 panel was wavy and lets just say I never ever bought a car unless I could put my own eyes on it.

Save the picture to your desktop, then zoom in on the front wheel. What looks strange, is strange. Yes, it seems to have air and on the ground, but the hub section angle of the front wheel does not match the outer rim angle. Same with the back wheel. It should not be at any angle! Also there are parts really pixelated while stuff next to them are not.
