67 Camaro bench seat fit?

Has anyone tried to fit a 67/68 Camaro deluxe bench seat into a C10?

I like the bucket look and the buddy seats are just too expensive for my budget.

Looking for suggestions/options

Welcome aboard!! There is a thread on taking a bench seat and making stock bucket seats from it. Search the forum, it wasn't that long ago. Good luck.

Good trivia on that bench/bucket Camaro option.
Too narrow for our trucks, especially with the Camaro seat vs full sized car. You'd have large gap between seat and door on either side. That bench bucket really wasn't deluxe either - very thin padding like the base interior so it wouldn't be as "full" and might look a little skimpy in the big truck cab.
Nice idea, though.
I tried it with a sweet Riviera bucket bench that from a glance looked like deluxe Chevelle buckets - hated to say no but it just didn't fit right.

Later Dodge trucks and 60-70's Internationals have a nice buddy bucket bench style seat you could look into - might not be too hard to find and would probably adapt well.
