MII 2" drop spindle pics?

Hi...about to put in my order for a MII kit (49, 3100). Would like to see some pics with 2" drop spindles installed. More or so the type of clearance you get with springs/coil overs. No bags. I like the idea of bags but not the idea of having air failure while driving. Although still entertaining the idea. Thanks.

Sorry I know you said no bags, but you also said you were on the fence. I set up my bags so when they're aired out the lower arms rest on bumpstops so there is minimal risk if you lose an airline or bag. It rolls well enough that I'll be able to get off the road to make a repair or to safety. The only danger woudl be losing a tire AND air at the same time, then the scrub line comes into play which is a very real possibility. I plan to drive this sucker so I had to sacrifice some "cool" in trade for a little peace of mind. I have an MII by TCI with dropped spindles and bags.

With both the front and rear set up that way I get all but about 2.5" off the ground. It's not road-worthy yet but you get the idea, this is fully aired-out. The lowest points are the front crossmember and running board supports.

Right on that is something i was thinking about doing if i were to go the "bag" route. Do you have a close up pic of how you set the bumpstops up? Also am subscribed to your build...did a quick run through everything looks beautiful. You do good work. I think i'll steel your idea of angle iron and casters for frame mobility.

I don't have any close up pictures, but they give you a stout little bracket and bumper that bolts to the outside bottom corner of the frame just above the lower rear a-arm. I chose to weld mine onto the frame.
