Try www.topecoproducts.com. They carry a large number of automotive fasteners not available elsewhere.

Re: need help finding this bolt - bench seat

That looks alot like the screw on my Jimmy that holds the heater control panel to my dash

I thought mounting bolts for the seat were hex head, can't imagine the trouble you would have if the phillips head were to strip out

Let me look when I go out to the shop later. I may have some. I don't know for sure.

Re: need help finding this bolt - bench seat

I just looked out in the shop. I could not find that screw. I have just about everything else but that one. Sorry I couldn't help.

The bolt is to hold the seat back to the bottom. Two on each side.

Re: need help finding this bolt - bench seat

I remember those when I recovered my seat. Two of mine had the Phillips stripped pretty bad but I was able to salvage and reuse. General hardware store should have one only without the taper to help start it in the hole. If not the above mentioned place probably will.

Re: need help finding this bolt - bench seat

I replaced all four at an Ace hardware. Not factory, as it was a hex head vs philips. Did not matter to us as it was covered up by the seat upholstery.

Re: need help finding this bolt - bench seat

Not sure if it's the same size, but that looks to be the same style as the three screws that holds the door latch assembly to edge of the door. Item #7 on page 23 of the latest LMC catalog.
