What size bolts, tbru sude, sbc

Got urethane mounts no hardware, bolts go horizontal thru both pieces... the bolts would be about 3 1/2" long, 3/8 is loose 7/16 might fit. Should these be loose?

If your talking about the thru bolts for the engine mount stands.
They are 7/16 .

Yes...Thanks, mine are a bit odd. 7/16 will fit with a little persuasion. Or some grinding on the back side where it hits top.
