Joe,at the top part of the board there is F.A.Q. button.If he clicks on that, on of the most asked question is what to do when you dont remember your password.Just have click on that topic and it will have the password emailed to you in couple minutes.Hope you understand the way I wrote this.

Yeah that function doesn't work for a the members whom the board cannot seem to find by email. He probably never received the email notifications of new posts, either, I'm guessing?
