Re: Tailgate/lift gate shipping

I used Greyhound to get a lift gate from Califonia to Texas. Quick and a lot less expensive than UPS

I set up an account with these guys https://www.freightcenter.com/Bookin...istration.aspx
they were 75% less than UPS to ship 2 transmission from Ca. to Mo.

If there are stores close on both ends try Fastenal "Third Party Logistics" (3PL)

Fill out the form and get a quote....

Re: Tailgate/lift gate shipping

I would check into freight quote.com if I was you. Call them up though. don't do the online thing. I tried the online quote and it was high. Then they called me back and I guess I entered some data in wrong. Them calling me back changed my mind and I've shipped several large items for way less than anyone else could through them. I won't even use anyone else for large items.
