A non square wheel well 67?
So reading g lots of threads this weekend on shortening,
Saw pics of 67 besides with the square wheel well opening. Looking at the utility trailer just disassembled. No marker lights but round wheel well? Only in Canada eh! The rearend gears are dated 72? All original paint |

Looks like I helped get this confusion started. Here are two comparison trucks, a long and a short fleet bed. I outlined the "squared off portion" and it is suttle , but different.

From what I understand all short beds 68-72 have the same wheel well opening which is different than long beds 68-72. And all 67's long and short have the same wheel well opening as the 68 through 72 short beds only.

At least from the pictures you posted with the damage present, I'm not seeing the rounded corners on those '67 sides. I'll agree that there is no distinct square corner there, but it looks to me like the damage is the cause of that.

On the one decent 1967 bedside, I see the "square" corner like a 67 longbed is supposed to have, so nothing earth shattering, or uniquely Canadian there...
