Height Difference 1985 Cab & Chassis

I’m looking at two 1985 Cab and Chassis K30 trucks.

One is 135.5” Wheelbase and the other is 159.5” wheelbase.

The 159.5” wheelbase truck looks to sit an inch lower than the shorter wheelbase truck.

In the attached drawing it confirms that the long wheelbase truck does indeed sit lower.

Does anyone know if these trucks used different spring hangers or what would account for the difference?

Spring pack size will play a little bit into height, but my thought is the size of the frame rail, the hangers are all the same K30, but the longer wheel base looks like a skinnier frame near the rear, this let's the spring hanger sit a little higher.
