ATCA Event in New Hampshire
Just to let folks know that this Sunday the 23rd is the Annual Antique Truck Club of America's Old Truck Meet is in Barrington NH behind Calef's Store at the intersection of Rt 125 and 126.
There are trucks there of every shape, size, vintage, and state of restoration or lack of. I have seen everything from a meticulously restored 1940 US Forestry truck to a pile of rust on a trailer that the owner swears is a "restorable" Studebaker. No Cars, just trucks, oh and a pretty good collection of Farm Iron and a section just for Military. A swap meet too. Myself and another member from here showed there last year and had a great day of it. Only 5.00 to show and you get a dash plaque. If you just want to get in to see I think it is free. If you are able to get there look me up. (By the way, I am not associated with the show and make nothing from it, just wanted folks to know about it.)

Re: ATCA Event in New Hampshire
Are you guys familiar with the Northeast Chevy/GMC Truck Association? They hold a meet at Wendall State Park in MA every summer. They were a strong chapter in the now defunct national club and still live on.

Re: ATCA Event in New Hampshire
I'm in northern NH in the white mountain region just north of Franconia Notch where the old man of the mountain was.

Re: ATCA Event in New Hampshire
I know that area well. Travel it often.
I Run 93/3 through the Notch, and sometimes cut off onto Rt3 just to cruise by Clarke's and see the Bears. Rt. 3 was a heck of a tourest route back in the '60's and 70's. used to be lots of things to see and do on that road. Mostly gone now. Great place to live though.
