Complete set of seat belts from a '67.

No tears, but need to be cleaned up good. One of the bolts is corroded and wouldn't come out...so it got torn out. The buckles have some surface rust.
Boot is intact, no tearing. You be the judge...

these have cleaned up a bit more, and they just soaked overnight. I am gonna try some other cleaner and see what the outcome will be.

I still haven't been able to remove the bolt from one of the seatbelts, so its still attached. the rest of the bolts are in decent shape.

Up here in Washington there's a product called "Oil Eater", it's available at O'reillys, Autozone I think(?)

Anyhow, it's the best product out there for cleaning up oil off material, fabric, upholstery. Hands down. I haven't been able to find it anywhere else. I looked at every dang parts store from here to Kentucky. I was driving back to Ft Knox in '05 and had a terrible timing cover leak... Lol...hence the knowledge. I didn't scrub the belts yet, just that plastic boot, i got into other things and they dried up. Ill post pics after the scrub work.
