Thumbs up Porterbuilt??

I know they are busy but is anybody else having a hard time getting ahold of them?? I'm just wanting to know the status of my order. I order there bad a$$ looking trailing arm and track bar kit 7 weeks ago and haven't got them yet but they was 6 weeks behind when I ordered them. I'm not upset by any means at all just wanting to know something. I've left several messages and no reply back like the voice mail says. I'm just wondering that's all.

Re: Porterbuilt??

I'm right there with you, Had some issues with the control arms and ball joints and when i called i was wanting to talk with nate and was told to just send them back. This after i had to make several trips to the parts store, had them painted and alot of time involved. Needless to say im still upset! And i dont care how busy they are with the fancy $15,000.00 custom stuff they are producing. I'm very happy that there is someone who care's about these trucks and Nate seems to be a very genuine guy,and i thank him for his talent and knowlede. I guess it's just the rush of life.

Re: Porterbuilt??

Well at least you got to order something,i called them finally got them to call me back and they left a message, called them back left another message never heard from them since, a trailing arm and a arm order must be too small for them. so i just made me some trick trailing arms out of 3/4 ton stock ones, saved alot of money and probably will go with one of the board members for a arms

Re: Porterbuilt??

Hey guys, do me a favor and if you have a hard time getting through just shoot me a pm here on the forum. I monitor the pms myself and will make sure we get in touch. We have been doing our best to keep up with all the orders, and get back to everybody who send us an inquiry. We have been fortunate enough to be growing steadily, but it isn't without a few growing pains. I apologize if anybody has felt neglected as that is far from our intent. We do our best and are always trying to do better. Any and all feedback is always welcome.... Good or bad.

Nate

Re: Porterbuilt??

Nate, I talked with Dave today and he said it should be sent out in the morning. Thank you guys very much I'm very sure it will be worth the wait. Growing in business is always good. I work for a major Diesel engine company and our building is twice the size as it use to be and that's only took a year and still growing just look up cummins "hedgehog"

Re: Porterbuilt??

I just simply order all my PB parts through their sales rep N2BILLET here on the forum and deal directly with him and have never had a problem.
