1 new truck 2 new problems

so I bought a 90 ext cab a couple weeks ago. got the engine trans swap done. but now i do not have 4wd. it is engageing at the transfer case. but does not at the diff. I have replaced the actuator. the lights on the 4x4 selctor thing do not come on indicating it is in 4wd either. any help with that? is there a dedicated ground wire im missing? a plug maybe? the other problem is the kick down cable for the trans. (700r4) broke. not the cable itself. but the plastic thing that clips onto the throttle broke. is there a way i can replacejust that peice? instead of the whole cable. i cant get pics to submit, if someone would be so kind as to post for me PM me your email and I will sendthem to you.
