Is your engine running around 190 without help from the fans?
Actually man the engine temp is mostly hanging out at 190 without fans(driving around in 96 degree heat, never left 2nd gear, probably 15-20 minutes long), but if it's sitting the fans have to cool it down. And I'm running our original setup too. 3 relay setup. working great.

I must have an air pocket in my system. The fans seem to run on mine a lot when I'm taking it for test drives. It has been swallowing some coolant so I'm hoping that bubble is going away and that it will run cooler without the fans eventually. Especially considering that it hasn't had a hood on it and it hasn't been that hot outside on my drives. Glad to hear the 3-relay setup is working well!

Update - LED Door Lighting

I wanted some modern touches to my truck. Here is one of them. Illumination of the ground when you open the door at night. I bought this kit from LMC for cargo lighting in the bed like 1 year ago. Forgot I ordered the kit and ordered another kit from Amazon for same thing. Well I decided to re-purpose this LMC kit for the door LED's. I basically drilled a screw mounting hole, and also a wire grommet hole for the wire. The pucks will also have 3m double sided tape on them. Testing the kit proved it should do what I wanted.

Two pucks for each door.
