Wrong grommets for upper control arm shaft?

Another PITA to investigate. I ordered upper control arm grommets for my '66 3/4 ton. The old ones were not bad but I figured it's apart, might as well replace as I button it up.

So the replacements do not look nor measure the same as what was on there. Old ones are about 1 1/2" OD, with the hole ID of 1". The new ones have a 2-stage look, about 1 3/8" OD on the large end and the ID at the small end is 3/4".

Is it safe to say I received the wrong part, or is this a later date replacement which has to be stretched into place somehow?

Doesn't look or measure right to me. Where did you get them?

Thanks for the confirmation, there's no way that can be the part I ordered.

I also received the wrong size U-bolts for the lower arms. I'll contact the vendor and give them a chance to make it right before putting the name out there. We all screw up, IMHO it's how they handle it afterward that tells you what kind of company you're dealing with.
