lay pinch or rocker on PB dropmember

Hey guys i am gonna order a pb dropmember from Nate tomorow. I was curious what all you guys are running to lay pinch or rocker. i wouls liek to run 22 front and rear about a 28-29 tall tire, maybe a 20 front and 24 rear. Looks like ill be using tubular upp and lower control arms.

Thanks for the help

Re: lay pinch or rocker on PB dropmember

the frame hangs lower than the body so you'll be a couple inches away from laying pinch

Re: lay pinch or rocker on PB dropmember

With Dropmembers and 3" spindles on the old truck and the frame planted on the ground there was 1 1/4" to the pinch weld. With the truck on our drive on rack aired out i had an extra 1 1/4" of drop below "ground zero"...so if you did cut the same amount off the bottom of the frame (i wouldn't) you would lay pinch. I was on a 29.1" front and 29.9 rear tire, if you ran a shorter tire you would be lower....but do you need to be?

Re: lay pinch or rocker on PB dropmember

Weill I have decieded to use 4x2 and build new rails from just n front of the cab to the rearend. This way I'm nit cutting and reducing the integrity and strength of the frame.
