Re: how about some pics of 60-66 long beds

65 LWB when I picked it up a couple summers back. 283 w/ a 4-sp from the factory, but someone swapped in a 350 at some point and then let it sit for 20+ years.

I'd love to have more done at this point, but restoring a house and a truck at the same time is a ton.

Welcome to the forum! Nice to see another PNW c10 saved. Please post a build log so we can follow along, looks like a great truck with that natural patina. Love that! What are your plans for it?

Re: how about some pics of 60-66 long beds

I'm going to keep it basic. 3/4 static drop. Disc/drum (disappointed to see Early Classics close up shop-- they had quite the complete spindle/spring/hardware kit.)
See if I can un-seize and rebuild that 350 or find another sbc if it's too far gone. Haven't figured out transmission yet. I know the patina is "the look" right now, but I'm not much of a fan. I'll likely see what I can do with single stage and try to keep that two-tone. New bed wood. Maybe some rally wheels. Just aiming for a cruiser.

Wow! Very nice! One of my favorite colors.
I guess why I like trucks like yours to be left alone is because they just have that authentic antique look. And very few have been left alone.
But like everybody says in these forums; it's your truck, build it the way you want it.

Rino Art District in Denver. Second photo was “enhanced” a bit by a friend who plays with photochops. Sitting on a ridetech airbag setup, wheels are staggered 18/20. Have a great day!

Re: how about some pics of 60-66 long beds

My truck is still running nice. I need to replace the 13 year old tires and rebuild the SM420 transmission. I still like driving it around on the weekends. No money was spent on the body. Yet. Except for the hood bird. $10
