Help or Information Needed

Hi All,

Im in a dilemma and really looking for either some help or information.

Here is the situation.....I sent all the bolts to my truck to a member of the board here, he was supposed to have the bolts cleaned, and plated back to original specs...either zinc or black phosphate coating.

I sent the bolts to him in June 2019 and it was supposed to take 3 weeks to make this happen. Now its been over a year and I still do not have the bolts back. I have tried emailing, texting, and calling him...I even tried to get ahold of his sister but I am getting no response from him, nor her.


So the remedy......I need Bolts....I have looked online for the last month for a place to buy and found the Truck Shop in California that sells a Sheetmetal Kit and have ordered it, along with the lower control arm bolts.

There still are several bolts or parts that I cannot seem to find....maybe just don't know where to look.

I am needing any suspension bolts, I am also needing the concave spacers that go on the upper control arm shafts. the big washer bolts that hold the front fenders on the bottom. Windshield wiper motor bolts, door hinge bolts, body spacers etc.....

Yes I feel like a total idiot for sending every single bolt for my truck,,,,I guess some people are just not honest

I sent this person texts, emails, and tried calling once again earlier this morning before I posted this thread in an attempt to get this rectified but I can no longer wait to put my truck back together again...Im sure there are bolts that I need that I don't know about but any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate it...I called Classicparts and they guy I talked to wasn't too knowledgeable and he said they didn't have any bolts for a 66?

There is always becoming a supporting member and posting in the for sale section. I would bet the members here have all the bolts you are missing.
