Will the wheels I found fit my 67 stepside

I'm in the process of getting everything ready to complete my 67 stepside I had a set of new 15x10s and 15x8s in the garage I was just curious if these would fit my truck that will be lowered 4 in in the rear and 2.5 upfront.

10's might be a tight fit in your stepper wheel wells. Depends on how you lowered the truck. I know nothing about your truck though...

I see you wrote that your truck will be lowered so just fit everything up as you go. The wheel backspace will be the clincher. I'm running 8's with a 6" coil spring drop and they did rub a little pulling my Scotty trailer (light tongue weight).

Coils right? Are you going with a shock relocator kit and a adjustable track bar? Is your rear end a stock 67 12 bolt?
You can mount your wheels and tires on the rear and measure the distance inside tire to inside tire then compare that to the bedside to bedside dimensions.

Re: Will the wheels I found fit my 67 stepside

If it's the stock 67 rearend with a 5-lug conversion, they'll fit fine, but you may experience some inner bedside rubbing when going around turns. If it's a 71-72 rearend, the tire bulge will be pretty flush with the fenders.

You said you're using an adjustable panhard bar, which will be important for getting the rear centered correctly.

What size tires do you intend to run?
