18x9 front and rear?

Is it possible to run a 18x9 front and rear on a 70 c10? Likely running 275/40r18 if a 18x9 will fit what backspacing? Tried searching but couldn't find anything

Truck is currently 3/5 drop.. Bed is off as frame is a about to be notched. Will be a fleetside no tubs or bedfloor.

18" X 9.5" 5.25 backspace. Rear tires are 275/55 R18. Front tires are 255/55R18

2.5" drop spindle front with a 4" drop in the back.

Are your front wheel specs the same as the rear? 18x9.5

Yes, they are the same. I went with a slightly smaller front tire because it did rub on the inner fender a touch. The only thing close on the front are the brake lines at full lock. I wrapped those with wiring loom just in case but no issues.
The wheels are the Rambler U111 if that helps. Link below....scroll down a bit and click on the 18" tab

I'm also on the US Mags Ramblers in 18x9.5. These photos are with 285/40/18 tires.

I plan on running a set of 18x9 with 275/40r18s front and rear with a 5 backspacing both front and rear as that's my only option for these wheels. Think I'd need a spacer on the rear to get it closer to the fender or do you think it'd look fine?

Spacers won't be required, but the fleetside has rather large wheeltubs, so you may want to space them a bit for a desired look.
