Re: air bag compressors tripping breaker

What size wiring? What length between breaker, power source, & compressor/s?

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

I'll look @ my schematic but I remember tying my grounds together for the comps & relays. I do however have 'over-kill' as far the remainder of my GROUND system:

Engine block to frame = Each side of motor has 4ga batt cable to the frame (L&R rails ground to block).
BATT @ PASS rail & cab (relocated battery).
Frame rails to core support = 4ga (again, both sides).
Cab to frame rails = 4ga (both sides).
Rear x-member welded to rails.

Run a dedicated round and see if that fixes it.

Re: air bag compressors tripping breaker

ending up changing 60 amp circuit breaker with a better brand, went to lower psi pressure switch, been working like it should, still gonna add better ground from batt. to frame
