I thought the plug in my dash where the lighter goes was nothing special. I guess it is!

Me too. I threw it out years ago when i installed a lighter so as to keep my damned phone charged.

I'm about 8 miles from dougs 4 wheelers. I know he has the parts but isn't too fair on prices. There is another yard south of there with nicer People and good prices.
