suspension question

hey guys
i am replacing my 6 lug rear 1/2 ton rear to a 30 series (dana 60) will this rear go right in or is there any mods to be done, i also have a rear from a 3/4 ton that i could use. and same for fronts is it a easy swap or a nightmare. thanks and merry christmas to all

If it is 4WD then the swap will be pretty straightforward. I used a 14 bolt in the rear and a Dana 60 in my 75 Blazer. It has been a few years, but everything bolted up pretty well as I recall. I don't remember hooking up the e-brake (probably didn't). If it is 2WD, I have no idea what is involved.

i found the answer to my own question.the conversion would be a easy switch if i was using a 3/4 ton. i ton have differnt locations for spring and shock mounts.
