How much has this truck been lowered?

Im trying to find out for sure. Tires are 255x60 15x10 rims on front and 275x60, 15x10 on rear. I know it was done with springs. I have since taking the pic started redoing all the suspension. This is the only decent pic that anyone maybe able to tell from. Any guesses?

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.
