71 Suburban C10 to K10

First picture is when I bought it in Lake berryessa, Ca for 500$ just a rolling shell one of the best days of my life. Took me a 6 months to find all the right parts and rebuild her back together.

Second picture is a 4x4 truck frame next to the burb frame and its 13 inches shorter in the rear. I was going to use that to build my K10 and decided to hold off.

In the middle of building we switch shop locations and found a bigger place and back yard that why some picture are inside and outside the shop.

Third & Fourth picture Lucky I kept searching and found a 72 K10 suburban frame. I wanted to keep it as much as I can original. Also came with a custom tank that was build in 1976 40 Gallons.

Fifth picture I did some cleaning up on the frame added 4 inches leaf spring and will be getting a flip shackle for the rear. I have new bushing and waiting for my welder to finish up my rocker panel.

I am still deciding on whether I should go LS or SB ... that is where I am at now. I hear to many thing about DD or PF crossmember and I don't want to spend money on either on that I still have to modified complete and total B.S but who knows.
