I don't have much knowledge of these things, bolt patterns, backspacing and offset etc.

Stay away from spacers.

i ran a set of 3" ebay spacers for 10 years on a 8 lug flatbed dump plow truck it was a c&c narrow rear i wanted to single out over the duel rims . not one problem .

i always use a dab of blue locktight and got 10ft-lb more on torque spec for the spacers to the vehicle so there a bit tighter than the wheel to spacer if a set of nuts was to loosen up .

The 'spacers' in the OP's opening post are adapters. They are fine since they utilize the original studs to seat & secure them. New studs in the adapter are used to seat the actual wheel. Basically the same as an aluminum wheel w/an extra thick mounting pad or a vehicle w/a wider track width.

I have adaptor/spacers like that on my Tahoe. Running C5 vette wheels. Not one issue, had it up to 100 n wheels didn’t fall off.

i use those bolt on adapters a lot. no problems. I like to use ET (extended thread) lug nuts on the adapter to hub side, for extra threads on the stock studs.

remember you are adding 1.25" thickness, so you are taking away backspace. a wheel with 5" backspace will only have 3.75" backspace if you use those.

looks like you got the right spacer to go 5x5 to 5x4.75

People who tell you to stay away from spacers(adapters), have never used them. Thousands of people use them without problems.

Cfan10 thanks!!! They are dirt cheap. I picked a set up that were virtually mint for 180 bucks. Bought 2 fronts (they are staggered, 17s up front 18s rear) for $50.

In order to run a 10" wheel in the back, I'd need a 5.25" b/s I think it was. I have a 2.25" in the back, and the wheels have a 7" something. If I would go any lower, they would rub on the outside, they need to come in lil more. I don't want to go any lower, but would love to go wider, but when I ordered a 315/40, it was HUGE, bigger than what the specs said it was. Plus would need a wider rim, and once go over a 9.5" wheel, they get expensive...

I have 2" spacers on my lifted Tundra with 35" tires and 20" wheels. I've had it over 100mph, never an issue. Been on for 6-7 years I think now. Both sets of adaptors and/or spacers I bought off evilbay, bout $100 a set.
