I know this thread is five months old but I thought maybe someone might be interested in an option that I didn't see mentioned here. I have not used these people for any adapters (my NV4500 bolts directly to my round 6 bolt NP205) but I thought this might help someone else out.

I think the Trail Tech Fad web site is under construction but at least it points you in the right direction if you are looking at an alternative for an adapter.
