What is the official part name of.......

the curved Aluminium trim that sits at the back of the door sill and effectively joins the sill plate in covering up the edge of the interior carpet.

Nope, got those. There is a curved bit that is almost an extension of that. They are the the parts I'm on about.

Its like a extension of the door will plate rides up to the edge of the door jam area

since its blazer only I don't think they pop up that often. I would call it just as you did a door sill extension piece I believe they are 73-77 K5 only
