What's a full-size bed? There's no such thing as a full-size truck, but there are mini trucks, like the LUV, and there are downsized trucks, like an S10 and Colorado. These trucks are just trucks. Did you mean to say a long bed vs a short bed?
It's not possible to give a value with no description. But if it is straight, rust free, with a staright floor I would put it at $1,200-$1,500
