They came as part of the Kit, measure about 4 X 9 offset stainless mirror ovals. Check out the magna flow web site, that might help too.

I wish I could say that.... Yes I do have an answer to your question but I don't. But it is great to see all the input on your question.

Re: exhaust question

magnaflow may make a better muffler but i sure do like flowmaster's website better. i wish magnaflow had a chart that showed their mufflers in line from quitest to loudest...

Re: exhaust question

loudest (other than race mufflers, 6" long I believe) is the 4x14 cylinder shaped. Quietest is whatever is biggest. Ovals will be quieter than cylinders. Flowmaster doesn't show decibals either, so what I said is about the same accuracy.

where do you find decibals on magnaflow site? that sounds very helpful

Re: exhaust question

I don't think you can find db's on magnaflow. I was just saying flowmaster doesn't list db's either so their method of rating how loud a muffler is is just by comparison. Because you're going to run cutouts i'd just measure a couple times and order the biggest ones that will fit. It'll be stealthy.

that's great making it yourself, was just letting you know they're pretty cheap if that's an attractive option to you

not the electric mechanisms, just the cutout itself. I would suggest looking at ls1tech.com for prices and opinions on cutouts
