This Blazer has to be seen to believed, it needs nothing except the paint finished. The sheetmetal is perfect which alone is unheard of. Crawl around on any of these trucks and you will find rust, not on this Blazer promised!

It is still here awaiting a new owner and the paint job. It is a completely detailed restoration to date with all documentation and a photo album!!! Would make a great show truck when finished. I just cannt finish it right now due to recent cervical spine surgery, I will be taking it easy for a long time.

That blazer is so nice! I know it will sell to the right guy. Somebody out there has to want a beautiful rust free project.
I know one thing....I didn't even do a frame up, and I started with a pretty nice blazer and I am SURE I have spent more than $12,500 as my blazer sits now! Good luck to ya! TTT

Blazer Project

I am seriously considering adopting your project there. I recently got interested in these blazer and I just purchased on with quite a bit of rust. I think I am going to ditch it.
I would love to get my hands on a good body. I can do all the mechanical work....just not body work.

Again I am interested and could probably give 10,000 or so. The only problem is I live half way across the country. How much do you think it would be to ship everything that goes with it. I guess I could fly out and try to rent something to haul it back but that would just be to much.
Let me know what you think about shipping it. Email me at elenhof@comcast.net.
Thanks
Eric

YOU FIND A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION THAT IS NOT A RIP OFF AND
THAT WILL FINANCE IT FOR SOMEONE WITH PERFECT CREDIT &
GIVE THEM A DECENT INTEREST RATE AND YOU WILL SELL IT.

I have a loan for $18,000.00 on my 1932 Chevrolet Roadster through my credit union at 4.9 interest rate. It is out there, I would finance you myself if I could.

Ok, 1972blazer, Let's Get Down To Some Buisness,

Question #1 - Do You Think You Can Pile All The Parts In The Back
Of The Blazer, Still Get The Top On, And Still Be Able To Climb In
It And Move It? I Was Thinking About Using Some Cardboard To
Lay Inside It So It Won't Get All Scrathed Up From The Trip East.
If You Can't, Do You Have A Way To Transport The Rest Of The
Parts To A Pick-up Spot? Only Way I Can Get It Shipped Is By A
18 Wheeler, Friends In The Buisness, And It Would Also Have To Be
Loaded Via A Loading Dock, Or A Rollback Wrecker Is Same Height.

Question #2 - Do You Want To Go Through Something Like Paypal,
Or Would You Prefer A Certified Bank Check? Paypal As You Know
Deducts A Percentage, Not Sure What It Would Be On $10,000.00?

Question #3 - I'm Not Going To Be Able To Come Look At It And Am
Going To Probably Buy It Based On Your Info And The Pictures,
So Is It Possible For You To Pm Me Your Private Info So I Can Get
One Of My District Sales People To Come Look At It For Me? ( Ex.
Phone Number, Address, Time Of Day That Is Conveinent For You )

Question #4 - Do I Get Everything You Mentioned? What About Any
Progress Pics? Are You Using A Build Manual? Purchase Receipts?

Question #5 - If I Buy This Do You Have Any Morality Issues With
Putting $1,000.00 On The Title When You Sign It? At 10k I Would Be
Looking At $1,250 Dollars To Title It And Put Tags On It In Tn.

Question #6 - If We Agree It Might Take A Few Weeks To Line Up The
Shipping And The Check From My Retirement Fund, Will I Have Your
Word As A Board Member Not To Sell This Out From Under Me?

Question #7 - There Had To Be Seven Questions I'm Starting To Feel
Kind Of Lucky Here. I Want Ur Word That I Will Not Be Disappointed
Or That I Will Not Find Some Kind Of A Scary Issue That You Are
Neglecting To Tell Me Up Front. The Reputation I Have Received On
You Is That You Are A Straight Up Guy & This Is A Straight Up Deal.

1. I can try to pile all the parts in the cab but I would tell you that everything is restored, even the little parts. I would need a little time to organize and pack it so as to not hurt anything.

2. I would prefer a money order or bank check. I have done this many times and if you send it by priority mail there will be no problems.

3. Joseph DeLano, 1510 S Melrose Dr #126, Vista, California 92081, cell (760)522-8669. You can call me at anytime on my cell phone, it would be best to set up a viewing on a Saturday so I can set it up for you.

4. Everything mentioned in the posts come with it with the exception of an extra set of aluminum heads I was going to install. It has a set of 1970 camel back heads on it now. I have a photo album on the build-up to date and all reciepts for parts. I even have a gallon of Black PPG Acrylic Urethane to go with it.

5. I will sign the title and you can fill out the sale price and any pertinent information on your end. Morality kept in check, you decide.

6. If you can set up a viewing of it before I start packing everything they will get a better idea of where it is. I promise to you as a man that you will be very pleased at the attention to detail I have taken in the restoration. I also give you my word that if you want it then it is yours and it will no longer be for sale.

7. I promise that you will not be disappointed. I pride myself on honesty. You will be getting a beautiful Blazer that just needs to be finished. Please give me a call so we can chat about it.

Thanks Joe

Joe, I will know later tonight or tomorrow if everything is a go. It will take
at least 2 weeks to get my check, and then another few days or so to you.
You would have 2 weeks at least to pack it up, I will see if my guy can
come for a visit this weekend. If he can't come and it is a go I would say
just start packing anyway, ok. I would like to have it by the 4th of july if
possible which means pick-up around the 28th. of June. Will it be of any
trouble to meet a semi truck at a loading dock or a parking lot with a
rollback? They can't get those thing into residential area's real well. Also,
is that all the digital pic's ??? Iwill try to call you tomorrow with news !!!

Give me a call, we have a deal. I will look around the storage this weekend for a place to load it. I will also start packing everything up this weekend. You realize that there is a lot of parts for it right. The interior will be full to the brim except a small place for the driver. Will it be an enclosed truck and is there anyway that they can load some of the extra sheetmetal around or under the Blazer? Thanks again!

Joe, I'm At Work Using A Freinds Screen Name, The Semi Is 8 Ft Wide
And They Are Allowing Me 20 Ft. ( Blazer Is 13-15 Ft. ) It Will Be A
Tarped Trailer ( They Call It A Covered Wagon ) And Yes I Told Em
We Would Probably Have To Stuff Everything In And Around It. If
You Help Them Do This, Just Make Sure Nothin Is Going To Scratch
The Body, I'm Buying This Thing Because The Body Is Perfect. I Will
Line Up A Pick-up Date When You Get Your Check. Thanks, Luv2xclr8
