need help with wires

ok about 6 months ago i bought 2004 chevy crew cab z71 they had the radio hooked up to the battery so i take it part to hook it up the right way found this green connector on the left can anyone tell me what this goes to also were i got my hand at these wires were cut can anyone tell me what went there

yes i says bose on the the speaker grills in front door it has twitters in the front pillars i have rear audio control in back seat and it dont work trying to find out why not to

The audio control is for the factory head unit.

Not sure what those clipped off wires are for. Ain't hacks fun to clean up after.
There's really no reason to cut connectors off factory wires. You can get the mating plugs and attach them to the aftermarket head units fairly easily.

Bose takes some work at the Amp to get sound from an aftermarket head unit.
My truck has new Bose woofers and black Bose grilles but it doesn't actually have the Bose wiring and amp. Yours has the Bose tweeters in the A pillars and the factory amp so it's the real thing.

There's a few switch and control connections in that general area.
HVAC controls.
Passenger SRS airbag disable switch, Quadrasteer switch, Manual Ride control switch, and
Roof light switch.

If you don't have the GM service manuals you may be able to find the wiring diagrams on Mitchell or Alldata.
